Place - Chandigarh : The City Beautiful : - When a lot of roads criss - cross each other at right angles and the spaces in between are dotted with similar looking, red-bricked, block like houses you get a city called Chandigarh, where mostley of people from different cultures live and work. It is beautiful thanks mainly to its town planning. We can also mention about Sector 17 shopping area, rock garden, rose garden etc. As for the visitors, it leaves them awe-struck.

Event - Painting Workshop For School Kids : - St Thomas School recently conducted a two day painting workshop in the Atmosphere Art Gallery. More than 75 school students aged 11-17 took part in it. On day one, they were taught on a drawing sheet and then showed them how to locate any images - birds, animals, people, landcapes in them. The students were awarded merit certificates for their participation.
My experience with Abhyas is very good. I have learnt many things here like vedic maths and reasoning also. Teachers here first take our doubts and then there are assignments to verify our weak points.
